The HR Executive (Industrial Relations) is responsible for managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive working relationship between the company and employees. The role supports disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation to ensure a harmonious workplace.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Employee \& Industrial Relations
- Handle employee relations issues including misconduct, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee complaints.
2. Disciplinary Management
- Prepare and issue disciplinary documents such as show cause letters, warning letters, suspension letters, and termination letters.
- Assist in managing the domestic inquiry process including documentation and case preparation.
- Ensure disciplinary actions are handled fairly and in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain proper records for disciplinary cases and investigations.
3. Compliance \& HR Policies
- Ensure company HR practices comply with Malaysia Employment Act and relevant labor regulations.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance to management on employment law compliance and disciplinary matters.
4. Documentation \& Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation for employee relations and disciplinary cases.
- Prepare reports related to employee relations issues when required.
- Ensure HR records and files are properly maintained and updated.
5. HR Support
- Perform other HR duties assigned by management.
- Conduct investigations related to employee misconduct and workplace disputes.
- Support management in resolving employee conflicts and workplace issues.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations / Employee Relations.
- Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labor regulations.
- Experience handling disciplinary cases, domestic inquiry, and grievance management is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Preferably able to speak Chinese and read \& write Mandarin, with the ability to communicate in English and Malay.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
