Job Description

The HR Executive (Industrial Relations) is responsible for managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a positive working relationship between the company and employees. The role supports disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation to ensure a harmonious workplace.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Employee \& Industrial Relations

  • Handle employee relations issues including misconduct, disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee complaints.

2. Disciplinary Management

  • Prepare and issue disciplinary documents such as show cause letters, warning letters, suspension letters, and termination letters.
  • Assist in managing the domestic inquiry process including documentation and case preparation.
  • Ensure disciplinary actions are handled fairly and in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Maintain proper records for disciplinary cases and investigations.

3. Compliance \& HR Policies

  • Ensure company HR practices comply with Malaysia Employment Act and relevant labor regulations.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to management on employment law compliance and disciplinary matters.

4. Documentation \& Reporting

  • Maintain accurate documentation for employee relations and disciplinary cases.
  • Prepare reports related to employee relations issues when required.
  • Ensure HR records and files are properly maintained and updated.

5. HR Support

  • Perform other HR duties assigned by management.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee misconduct and workplace disputes.
  • Support management in resolving employee conflicts and workplace issues.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HR policies and disciplinary procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Industrial Relations / Employee Relations.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Experience handling disciplinary cases, domestic inquiry, and grievance management is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Preferably able to speak Chinese and read \& write Mandarin, with the ability to communicate in English and Malay.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Applicants must possess own transport and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong (Nearby Taman Mas).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
