The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a cross-phase Multi Academy Trust comprising Infant, Junior, Primary and Secondary schools. As a mixed MAT, it includes both non-denominational and Church of England schools.
This is an exciting vacancy working within the LSP Central HR Team to provide additional centralised HR support to schools. This will include a wide range of HR administrative activities involving recruitment, payroll, HR systems as well as producing reports and letters. The postholder will work closely with colleagues in schools and the LSP Central Team and will attend regular meetings to support collaborative working.
This post will be based within the LSP Central Team office at Gordano School, Portishead.
We are looking for a candidate who has good administration experience gained within an office or school environment, or with a NVQ Level 2 in Administration or a HR related qualification (CIPD L3).
You will be confident in using Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, and have excellent organisational and communication skills. How to Apply
