Full-time, based in Coventry.
The role of the HR Administrator
- Supporting recruitment activity from application through to appointment and onboarding
- Coordinating interviews, recruitment campaigns and recruitment administration
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and recruitment documentation
- Processing safer recruitment checks including DBS applications and references
- Maintaining accurate HR systems, personnel files and recruitment trackers
The ideal HR Administrator
- Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
- CIPD Level 3 qualification
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
