HR Administrator – Coventry

The rewards

£26,000 to £27,000 per annum depending on experience. Full-time role.

Hours

Full-time, based in Coventry.

The role of the HR Administrator

  • Supporting recruitment activity from application through to appointment and onboarding
  • Coordinating interviews, recruitment campaigns and recruitment administration
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters and recruitment documentation
  • Processing safer recruitment checks including DBS applications and references
  • Maintaining accurate HR systems, personnel files and recruitment trackers

The ideal HR Administrator

  • Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
