HR Administrator

Michael Page is recruiting an HR Administrator to support the Human Resources department of a large Facilities Management organisation in Coventry on a temp to perm basis.

The rewards

£25,000–£27,000 per annum depending on experience. Temp to perm opportunity with flexible hybrid working and free parking on site.

Hours

Standard office hours. Flexible hybrid working available.

The role of an HR Administrator

  • Maintaining and updating employee records to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assisting in the recruitment process including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews
  • Preparing and processing HR documentation such as contracts, letters and onboarding materials
  • Supporting payroll processing by gathering and verifying employee data
  • Responding to HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Coordinating training sessions, maintaining training records and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

The ideal HR Administrator candidate

  • Strong understanding of administrative processes within a Human Resources setting
  • Proficient in HR software and general office applications
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong written and verbal communication skills
