House Manager

Small business owner family looking for Part-Time House Manager / Nanny

Scottsdale, AZ (Near AJ’s on Pima Rd. in N. Scottsdale)

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday \| 10:30am–5:30pm
Hours: 20 guaranteed hours weekly
Pay: $28 per hour (W-2)
Start Date: July 15 (Flexible start date)
Driving Required \|

One friendly dog (Corgi) \& 1 Cat in the home.

Long-term position - Room to Grow or keep part-time hours.

Background check required \& safe driving record. Experience working with children required.

We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and upbeat House Manager/Nanny to help support our busy but welcoming household. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative naturally, and loves working with pre-teens while helping a home run smoothly.

Mom is a business owner, so we’re seeking someone who can confidently assist with both household management and occasional light administrative support during school hours, with childcare responsibilities beginning after school.

What the Role IncludesHome \& Household Support

• Light tidying and household resets
• Meal prep and kitchen organization
• Grocery or occasional errands
• Laundry and organization help
• Administrative/business support (receptionist tasks when other duties are done)

After-School Support

• School pickups and transportation as needed (vehicle provided)
• Homework encouragement and supervision
• Cooking meals with the children and teaching basic cooking skills
• Creating a positive, calm, and structured environment after school
