Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Site Preparation: Clear debris, remove hazards, dig trenches, and set up temporary structures like scaffolding or ramps.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and heavy equipment across the job site.
Trade Assistance: Act as a right hand to skilled workers (e.g., plumbers, carpenters, or welders) by fetching tools, holding materials, and mixing concrete or mortar.
Equipment Operation: Operate light machinery and basic hand/power tools (drills, saws, jackhammers).
Site Cleanup: Remove rubble, dispose of hazardous/non-hazardous waste, and clean tools and equipment at the end of shifts.
Safety Compliance: Follow all site safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report any hazards to the site supervisor.
