This position is located at the USAG Humphreys Automotive Skills Center.

This is a flexible position with zero guaranteed hours and is NOT COMMAND SPONSORED. The position does not offer SOFA status, installation access or a Letter of Employment (LOE).

United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. A qualified candidate must possess the following:
1. Applicant must have completed high school or the equivalent in a trade school. Creditable job related experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
2. Must have 6 months of progressively general experience plus a minimum of 6 months of specialized experience in general automotive work.
At a minimum a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required, unless you are substituting job-related experience for the education requirement.
Proof of education is required at the time of application.
All education documents must be in English or have a translated copy provided. You must upload a copy of your HS Diploma, HS Transcript (showing the completion date), GED certificate or proof of a college degree.

Allowances and Differentials * This job falls under the Federal Wage Schedule (FWS) pay system. FWS employees earn overtime pay for working more than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in a week - whichever gives the employee more benefit. Regular full-time, regular part-time, and regularly scheduled flexible employees may receive Sunday premium pay for working on Sundays. Employees may also be eligible to receive extra pay if the majority of their scheduled hours falls after 3:00 PM. * Foreign overseas allowances, post allowance, and differentials will not be paid. * Employment overseas provides a lot of additional benefits and entitlements.
