Cabrini's Health Information Services team play a vital role in ensuring every detail of a patient’s health journey is captured, managed, and stored securely in their medical record. Our work ensures clinicians have the accurate, up-to-date information they need to make critical decisions, while safeguarding privacy and compliance every step of the way. This isn’t your average desk job - it's active, rewarding, and full of variety. You’ll be moving between departments, handling physical records, and working closely with different teams across the hospital.

We are offering both permanent part-time (min 2 days per week) and casual opportunities and are seeking candidates who are flexible to work a range of shifts throughout the week. Shift times are as follows:
Weekdays: 7:00am–3:06pm, 12:00pm–8:06pm, or 1:24pm–9:30pm
Weekends \& public holidays: 7:00am–3:06pm or 8:24am–4:30pm
Training requirements
New staff must be available to commit to an initial 4-week training period across Monday - Friday upon commencement (minimum of 4 weekdays).
