Job Summary

WhiteMonde Interior Design \& Fitouts is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Projects / Project Manager to lead and manage interior fit-out projects from planning and mobilization through execution, completion, and final handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including project planning, site execution, manpower coordination, subcontractor management, procurement coordination, cost control, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple interior fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Develop project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
• Supervise project managers, engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, material selections, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate MEP, joinery, civil, architectural, and finishing works.
• Manage project budgets, variations, procurement, and cost control.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Identify project risks and resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, documentation, and final handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience in interior fit-out/project management, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong experience managing commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or office fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from mobilization through final handover.
• Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out practices, materials, finishes, and construction standards.
• Good understanding of architectural and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is preferred.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.
• Candidates with strong UAE interior fit-out experience will be given preference.
