Jenny’s Cocktail Bar is Liverpool’s best kept secret — a hidden gem known for premium cocktails, cool disco vibes, and exceptionally good service. We’re now looking for an experienced Head Barman to lead the bar team and help drive the next chapter of our reputation.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced premium venue, loves hospitality, and takes pride in delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and motivating the bar team during service
• Maintaining consistently high cocktail standards
• Managing stock control, ordering, and wastage
• Training and developing bartenders to deliver exceptional service
• Creating a positive, energetic atmosphere behind the bar
• Working closely with management on menu development and operational improvements
• Ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong cocktail knowledge and experience in premium bar environments
• Previous experience in a senior bartender or bar management role
• Confidence managing stock, GP, and supplier relationships
• Proven ability to train and develop high-performing bar teams
• A calm, professional approach under pressure
• Passion for hospitality, music, and creating memorable nights
