Qualifications/Skills:

• Certificates in Electrical/ Plumbing/ Construction are preferred
• Candidates without qualification but have minimum 3 years’ experience in related field may also apply
• Expert in plumbing/painting works and carpenter job
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Problem solver
• Attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. To assist Sr. Handyman and maintenance activities include corrective and preventive maintenance, operations, repair, upgrading and improvement works.

2. To perform routine building maintenance duties, including minor Building repairs, plumbing, carpentry, landscape maintenance, work order request and others maintenance when required.

3. To assist H\&G supervisor - arrangement of furniture, decorations before event and trainings at training hall.

4. Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

5. Manage and organize stock records for required spare parts.

6. Responsible for completing assigned maintenance and repair work on Authority posts to a high standard.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,070.00 per month
