About the Role

Hamra Shisha Lounge is seeking an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Lounge Manager to lead our operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a strong leader with proven expertise in hospitality management, team leadership, financial performance, and premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the lounge, ensuring the highest service standards.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the front-of-house and service teams.
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding hospitality and resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales performance, control operating costs, and maximize profitability.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operating standards.
• Supervise inventory management, purchasing, and stock control.
• Work closely with senior management to develop promotional campaigns and business growth strategies.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience throughout the lounge.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a premium lounge, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in increasing sales and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and cost management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
