Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant and Lounge Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a flair for marketing, event planning, and entertainment management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies that drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.

- Plan and coordinate private parties and special events, ensuring tailor-made experiences for clients while maximizing revenue opportunities.

- Work closely with entertainment vendors to curate engaging live performances, music, or events, enhancing the atmosphere of the lounge.

- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor financial performance and adhere to budgets, adjusting operations as needed to achieve goals.

- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Lounge Manager, or similar role with a focus on both dining and entertainment.

- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and event planning.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
