Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products to clients.
• Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments and manage inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques.
• Uphold salon policies and ensure a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current hair trends, coloring techniques, and styling methods.
• Ability to maintain sanitation standards.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus.
• Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Certification or license in cosmetology or hairstyling preferred.
