Hair Stylist \& Colorist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Pay: From €14.00 per hour + Commission Expected Hours: Up to 40 per week

​Sabrina Hair \& Beauty Lounge is an independent, premier salon in the heart of Baldoyle. Having taken over since January from a previous business, we have successfully rebranded and launched as a standalone studio.

​We are currently modernising our entire approach, offering a luxurious, high-end environment with a large variety of professional products. While we have a steady, established flow of clients from the community, we are building a brand-new, high-performing team to take our services to the next level.

​We are seeking a motivated hair professional who is ready to work within a structured, high-standard environment. We are looking for a stylist who is fully aligned with the owner’s vision and professional standards.

We provide the platform, the premium products, and the clientele; we expect a stylist who takes pride in their craft and follows the salon’s established systems to ensure a consistent, luxury experience for every client.

​We are looking for a talented professional who is fully qualified and confident in:

• ​Advanced Hair Coloring: Expertise in modern techniques, including Balayage, Highlights, and Color Correction.
• ​Cutting \& Styling: High-level precision cutting and luxury blow-drying/styling.
• ​Professional Alignment: Ability to follow salon protocols and work effectively under the direction of the owner.
• ​Consultation Excellence: Providing expert advice that reflects the salon's high standards.
• ​Reliability: Strong time management and a positive, professional attitude.
