Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and personable Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves creating beautiful hairstyles, maintaining sanitation standards, and engaging with clients to ensure a positive experience. The Hairdresser will also assist with retail sales , contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas to ensure a safe environment
• Upsell retail products to clients to enhance their experience and increase salon revenue
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon products

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Expertise in hair styling, coloring, and treatment techniques
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon setting
• Ability to upsell retail products naturally and effectively
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
• Experience in retail sales within a salon environment is preferred
