Duties

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts, and special treatments with precision and flair
• Engage with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend suitable hair care solutions
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional environment that encourages repeat business
• Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
• Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair industry to continually elevate service quality

Experience

• Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist or in a similar beauty service role
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their styling needs
• Demonstrated ability in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for salon hygiene
• Experience in retail sales or upselling products to enhance client experience is preferred
• Ability to manage front desk tasks such as appointment scheduling and client check-in/out with professionalism
