Hair Salon Assistant

Jera Hair Studio is looking for a salon assistant to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone energetic, organized, great with people, and able to multitask in a salon environment. No previous salon experience is required — we can teach the salon side. We’re mainly looking for the right personality and work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Washing and prepping clients
• Keeping the salon clean and organized
• Assisting stylists throughout the day
• Answering phone calls and helping with bookings
• Helping create content for social media
• Managing daily salon flow and client experience
• Running errands/tasks around the salon when needed

Requirements:

• Great customer service skills
• Organized and fast learner
• Comfortable multitasking
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team
• Good energy and reliable
