Job Summary
Frontone Hospitality Gulf is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Guest Relations Manager to lead our guest experience initiatives and ensure exceptional hospitality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, possesses strong leadership skills, and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience throughout their stay.
- Supervise and support the Guest Relations team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food \& Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate guest records and prepare operational reports as required.
- Train, coach, and evaluate Guest Relations staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality management.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
