At Coldstream Clear, our retail team is all about genuine hospitality. In this role, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where no two days look the same. You’ll welcome guests with warmth, offer samples and thoughtful recommendations, take orders, create cocktails behind the bar, and serve drinks with confidence and care. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, juggle multiple responsibilities, and help keep the space clean, organized, and inviting. Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences, making every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in, to the moment they leave.

YOUR ROLE

As a member of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting guests, taking and serving orders, preparing and serving beverages and bartending. You’ll also help maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked environment, ensuring the space is safe and always inviting. This role requires a positive attitude with a team player approach, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide friendly, attentive and efficient hospitality to all guests
• Take orders accurately and serve beverages in a timely manner
• Prepare beverages behind bar, take orders accurately and serve beverages in a timely manner, while following all health, safety and alcohol serving guides
• Handle cash and point of sale transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service areas and retail space, including opening and closing duties
• Restock supplies and assist with all tasks required
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service (19yrs)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to maintain cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual and professional
• Previous experience in hospitality considered an asset but not required
• Must be available evenings and weekends
