GRP FOREMAN

Al Hayat Fiberglass is seeking an experienced GRP Foreman to supervise and coordinate civil works related to GRP water tanks, foundations, plinths, repair works, and site activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to drawings and specifications.

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at site
• Manage workers, helpers, and subcontractors
• Read and understand drawings, layouts, and site plans
• Ensure proper execution of tank foundations, concrete works, plastering, block work, and finishing
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• Ensure materials, tools, and manpower are available on site
• Monitor work quality and compliance with project specifications
• Ensure safety rules and company policies are followed at site
• Prepare daily work reports and progress updates
• Resolve site-related technical and manpower issues
• Ability to read construction drawings and levels
• Basic knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, and finishing works
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
