We are looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our team as a Group Fitness Instructor of REVL Training.
This candidate should exude energy and positivity and is able to rally a group of people (members and other trainers) to work towards their goals effectively. This person should be passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry - and looking to build a meaningful career and impact in their work. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can think beyond the context of day-to-day training, and can help our team expand our business and take it to the next level.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of practical fitness experience, specifically in group exercise formats
- Have a valid personal trainer certification
- Proven track record in running and leading group fitness programs
- Proven ability to attract, build, and retain great fitness talents
- Great attention to detail and planning skills
- Strong communication ability (in English)

What you will be doing
Differentiated and high quality training experience for members
- Plan and lead group training sessions with clear instructions and high quality coaching to all team members.
- Ensure the smooth running of all training sessions including the timeliness, equipment layout, music, hygiene and other aspects that affect member experience.
- Constantly seek to improve fitness levels of all our members through leveraging on the in-studio heart rate monitoring system and provide necessary technological fine-tuning and education.
- Ensure members have a safe and hygienic space for their workouts.
- Engage with members to build relationships and a strong fitness community.
- Provide troubleshooting support for trainers and members.
Become an outstanding role model and coach to other trainers
- Become a role model of the culture and training pedagogy for other trainers within the studio.
- Constantly upskill and upgrade your capabilities, and provide education and training for other trainers and members.
- Provide coaching support to other trainers during and outside of live classes based on Revl Training requirements and standards.
- Plan, coordinate, support and lead all Revl training programmes, including any nutrition and fitness assessments for members.
Provide operational support to the studio
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Revl studio.
- Maintain the equipment and facilities within the studio.
- Attract and promote the Revl experience to potential members.
- Where needed, to offer support in relevant administrative activities to support the studio including membership management, merchandise stocking, replenishment of gyms supplies, etc.
- Work closely with the studio manager to elevate our Revl experience and explore growth opportunities for the business.
