Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist

Project Overview:
We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer \& Social Media Specialist to join us on a contract basis to redefine our specialized construction management SaaS platform. The product is currently focused on the Malaysian market. You will be responsible for creating high-quality static and motion assets for our digital platform, while managing our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of design and technology, capable of creating lightweight animations that enhance user experience and engaging content that builds community.

The Role:

1. Motion \& Graphic Design

• Design and animate high-quality Lottie (JSON) files for web and mobile interfaces using Adobe After Effects and Bodymovin/dotLottie.
• Create static visual assets for social media posts, stories, and advertisements.
• Ensure all motion assets are optimized for performance, keeping file sizes small without sacrificing visual quality.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all design projects.

2. Social Media Management

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Write compelling captions and headlines that drive engagement and action.
• Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing for maximum reach.
• Monitor social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: RM20.00 - RM25.00 per hour
