Employment Type: Full-Time. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-office and remote work, with three days per week at our Edmonton office and two days working remotely.

At Pharmacy Brands Canada, we support more than 280 independent pharmacies nationwide through our family of pharmacy banner brands. By providing innovative programs, marketing expertise, and business support, we help local pharmacy owners grow their businesses while preserving the personalized care and community connections that make independent pharmacies unique.
We're looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you'll bring our brands to life through engaging print and digital creative that supports corporate initiatives, strengthens brand awareness, and helps independent pharmacies connect with the communities they serve.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials across print and digital channels, including flyers, promotional campaigns, social media graphics, signage, advertisements, website assets, email marketing, presentations, and other branded collateral.
- Build strong relationships with banner members and collaborate on creative solutions that support their local marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of creative concepts that strengthen our pharmacy brands and help independent pharmacy owners connect with their local communities.
- Contribute to the creation and production of weekly flyers, seasonal catalogues, promotional signage, and other retail marketing materials as required.
- Ensure all creative assets align with established brand standards and maintain consistency across Pharmacy Brands Canada's portfolio of pharmacy banners.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, agency partners, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative projects on time and on budget.
- Participate in all phases of the creative process, including research, concept development, design, production, revisions, and final asset delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative quality and effectiveness.
- Provide creative support for corporate initiatives, member pharmacy programs, and other marketing projects as required.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient use of the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft Office
- 3-5 years of industry experience
- Post-secondary diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet rigid deadlines
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Enjoys working in a team and values constructive feedback and learning opportunities
- Some experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite)
Pay: $25.00-$38.01 per hour
