About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Print & Signage Production Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a varied role combining graphic design, digital print production, signage manufacturing, and installation. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative computer-based work and practical hands-on production.

Whether you have experience in signage, print production, or a practical trade, we would love to hear from you.

Full production training will be provided for the right applicant.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare artwork for print and signage production.
• Prepare customer files for digital printing and finishing.
• Operate digital printers and production equipment (training provided where required).
• Produce and finish a wide variety of signage and printed products.
• Apply vinyl graphics and laminates.
• Assist with cutting, trimming, mounting and assembling signage.
• Assist with onsite signage installations when required.
• Maintain high production quality and meet deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Requirements

The successful applicant should:

• Hold a qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Have basic Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Possess good computer skills and be confident learning new software.
• Be able to work independently and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:

• Signage production
• Digital print production
• Operating small or large format printers
• Vinyl application and lamination
• Cutting plotters
• Vehicle graphics installation
• Working with ACM, Coreflute and other signage materials
• Measuring and onsite installations
• RIP software
• Print finishing equipment
