Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong creative sense and solid experience in social media content design, visual identity, advertising campaigns, and showcasing gold, jewelry, and precious metal products in a professional, luxurious way.

نبحث عن شخص يمتلك حسًا إبداعيًا مميزًا وخبرة قوية في تصميم محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والهوية البصرية، والحملات الإعلانية، وإظهار منتجات الذهب والمجوهرات والمعادن الثمينة بصورة احترافية وفاخرة.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design professional and engaging social media content aligned with Qasr Alsabaek's brand identity

- Create animated posts, promotional ads, and gold price update graphics

- Produce designs for paid advertising campaigns for gold, silver, and precious metal products

- Design materials for digital campaigns, exhibitions, product launches, and seasonal occasions

- Edit and retouch product photography professionally, especially bullion, gold coins, and jewelry

- Design branch, exhibition, outdoor advertising, and vehicle branding materials

- Refresh and develop existing designs while maintaining the brand's visual identity

- Collaborate with the marketing and management team on campaigns and product launches

- Ensure all designs appear polished and professional, reflecting the brand's quality and credibility

- Stay up to date with the latest design, social media, and branding trends

المهام والمسؤوليات:

- تصميم محتوى احترافي وجذاب لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي بما يتوافق مع هوية قصر السبائك

- تصميم المنشورات المتحركة، والإعلانات الترويجية، وتحديثات أسعار الذهب

- إعداد تصاميم الحملات الإعلانية والإعلانات الممولة لمنتجات الذهب والفضة والمعادن الثمينة

- تصميم المواد الإعلانية للحملات الرقمية والمعارض وإطلاق المنتجات والمناسبات الموسمية

- تعديل ومعالجة صور المنتجات باحترافية (السبائك، العملات الذهبية، المجوهرات)

- تصميم مواد فروع الشركة والمعارض والإعلانات الخارجية وتصاميم المركبات

- تطوير التصاميم الحالية مع المحافظة على الهوية البصرية لقصر السبائك

- التعاون مع فريق التسويق والإدارة في الحملات وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة

- ضمان ظهور جميع التصاميم بصورة راقية واحترافية تعكس جودة ومصداقية العلامة التجارية

- متابعة أحدث توجهات التصميم ومحتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وأساليب بناء العلامات التجارية

Requirements:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design

- Fluent in Kuwaiti dialect and English

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom

- Experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a plus

- Strong understanding of social media content design across different platforms

- Strong skills in typography, layout, visual identity, and visual storytelling

- Excellent experience in photo editing and product photo retouching

- High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to produce high-quality work

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Ability to follow creative direction while contributing new ideas

- A strong portfolio is required, showing social media, visual identity, advertising campaigns, and product design work

المتطلبات:

- إجادة اللهجة الكويتية واللغة الإنجليزية

- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال التصميم الجرافيكي

- إجادة متقدمة لبرامج Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator وLightroom

- تعتبر الخبرة في After Effects والـ Motion Graphics ميزة إضافية

- فهم قوي لتصميم محتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومتطلبات المنصات المختلفة

- مهارات قوية في الخطوط، وتنسيق التصاميم، والهوية البصرية، والسرد البصري

- خبرة ممتازة في تعديل الصور ومعالجة صور المنتجات

- دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على إنتاج أعمال عالية الجودة

- القدرة على إدارة عدة مشاريع في الوقت نفسه والالتزام بالمواعيد المحددة

- القدرة على الالتزام بالتوجيه الإبداعي مع تقديم أفكار ومقترحات جديدة

- يشترط تقديم Portfolio قوي يتضمن أعمالاً في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والهوية البصرية، والحملات الإعلانية وتصميم المنتجات

Additional Details:

- This is a fully on-site, in-person role. Remote work is not available
