About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will create engaging visual assets that help attract new players to our games across various marketing channels. You’ll work closely with creative producers and marketers to produce high-quality graphics for user acquisition campaigns, social media, and app store pages.

Responsibilities

Create static marketing creatives for mobile game advertising, social media, and app store pages

Prepare and assemble assets for interactive ads and video creatives based on ready-made scripts

Create graphics from scratch, generate and refine visuals using AI tools, or work with existing assets

Adapt graphic materials to meet the technical and visual requirements of different advertising platforms

Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines while maintaining consistency with the visual style

Requirements

A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

Experience working with AI image generation tools and the ability to enhance and refine AI-generated artwork

Strong understanding of composition and visual hierarchy

Good knowledge of colour theory and colour correction techniques

Understanding of typography principles and the ability to work effectively with text

Knowledge of anatomy, proportions, perspective, and form construction

Ability to work with lighting, shadows, and volume

Ability to adapt to different visual styles and art directions

Creativity, a strong aesthetic sense, and excellent attention to detail

Responsible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining clear communication

Nice to have

Experience creating marketing creatives for mobile or casual games

Experience with playable ads or user acquisition creatives

Familiarity with current trends in mobile game advertising

Experience collaborating with marketing or creative production teams
