Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Design & Production Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your design career while contributing to the development of unique, eco-friendly products.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
• Create and edit digital artwork for souvenirs, packaging, marketing materials, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute new product designs.
• Ensure all designs align with our brand’s eco-friendly and coastal aesthetic.
• Production Assistance:
• Support the production team in preparing artwork for print and manufacturing.
• Assist in quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Help with inventory management and organization of design files.
• Collaboration and Administration:
• Work closely with other team members to update sales design and development lists.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for administrative tasks and communication.

Requirements

• Education:
• Recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (essential).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
• Basic understanding of sustainable practices in design and production is a bonus.
• Personal Attributes:
• A creative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A passion for eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
