• In-person group interview (Invite to Head Office Location)
• Invite to First-Aid Certification (if required)
• Must pass the in-person group interview to be selected for any camps or programs

About TAC Sports

TAC Sports is dedicated to developing confident, skilled, and passionate young athletes through fun, structured, and inclusive golf programs. We focus on player development, teamwork, and a love for the game.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging golf training sessions for youth players
• Teach fundamental sport skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff
• Set up and organize drills, games, and equipment

Qualifications

• Vulnerable Sector Check \& First Aid CPR (get priority interviews)
• Experience playing or coaching golf, youth experience preferred
• Passion for working with children and youth
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable, energetic, and positive attitude
• Coaching certifications are an asset (not required)
