Cremore Clinic is a large multi-disciplinary practice providing a comprehensive range of medical and ancillary services in purpose-built premises.
We are passionate about prevention and about caring for the whole person and to back that up we have doctors and nurses who are specially trained in Fertility and Ultrasonography; in Sexual Health; Menopause; Men’s Health; Travel Vaccinations; Antenatal Care and Mental Health.
As Practice Nurse you will work closely with the doctors and other team members to provide safe, efficient and effective professional nursing services. With this will come the opportunity to innovate and improve standards, processes and quality of patient care.
The role therefore requires good organisational and interpersonal skills that provides an approachable, sensitive and supportive environment for patients.
A critical part of the role will be supporting health promotion and screening and in particular the delivery of the Chronic Disease Management programme within the practice.
