Gardener

Job Summary:

Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces across managed properties, ensuring they remain clean, healthy, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, plants, trees, flowers, and landscaped areas.
• Perform watering, pruning, trimming, planting, and fertilizing.
• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and garden waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas and green spaces.
• Identify and report plant diseases, pest issues, and irrigation problems.
• Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Follow property maintenance schedules and instructions from the supervisor.
• Perform other gardening and landscaping duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or similar role, preferably in property/facility management.
• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned maintenance tasks on schedule.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
