Licensed Esthetician / Lash Artist – Established Venice Beach Beauty Studio

Exelement Beauty Studio is looking for a licensed esthetician and experienced lash artist to join our team at our beautiful Venice Beach studio.

This is an hourly employee position with the opportunity to work with an established clientele. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, confident in their skills, and interested in building a long-term position within the studio.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional lash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume
• Perform lash fills, removals, and consultations
• Lash lifts and tints
• Brow services, including shaping, tinting, and lamination
• Waxing services
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace
• Follow all California State Board sanitation and safety requirements
• Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend appropriate services
• Help maintain the professional, welcoming atmosphere of the studio

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license
• Lash extension experience is required
• Must be comfortable performing multiple lash styles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Professional, dependable, punctual, and personable
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must take client retention and the position seriously
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team

About the Position:

This is an hourly position, not booth rental or commission-only. You will have the opportunity to work with an existing clientele while continuing to grow your own client relationships within the studio.
