Ideally, you'll have:

• have experience as a software developer
• ideally have experience with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript frameworks like Vue or React, and cloud environments such as AWS and Kubernetes
• expertise in producing modern, accessible web applications
• a Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience or education)
• enjoy learning about and using AI development tools

Key responsibilities* + Build bespoke applications using Ruby on Rails. + Manage and configure our flexible infrastructure stack including AWS, Docker and Kubernetes. + Build and improve our Continuous Integration services (Github Actions and Gitlab Pipeline) - running tests, linters, security and accessibility audits and deployments. + Develop high quality and well-tested code. + Take initiative and be resourceful in problem-solving. + Use tools like AI to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and improve development workflows. + Work in a small, dedicated and high-performing Agile software team. + Work closely with Product Owners and our UX/UI designers. + Continuously learn and share knowledge to grow the development team capabilities. + Build strong relationships with Boost team members and clients. + Contribute to our award-winning culture by practising our core organisational values.

• We believe your salary should reflect your experience, skills, and the value you bring to the team. The indicative salary range is $60K–$120K per year with the final offer discussed during our hiring process.
