McMahon Services is undertaking a significant multi-year digital transformation program and is expanding its internal software development capability.

We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Full Stack Developers and a potential Technical Lead to join our growing technology team in Adelaide.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on multiple large-scale greenfield projects that will transform how we manage projects, finance, commercial operations and business processes across the organisation.

Working closely with business leaders and end users, you'll help design and build modern enterprise applications that will drive long-term digital capability across the business.

Opportunities Available

Full Stack Developers

You'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including:

• Building backend services, APIs and integrations using C# and .NET
• Developing modern Angular front-end applications
• Designing and maintaining SQL Server databases and data models
• Integrating enterprise platforms and business systems
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
• Participating in solution design, testing, deployment and support

Technical Lead

For candidates with demonstrated leadership experience, there may be an opportunity to step into a Technical Lead role responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership across development initiatives
• Guiding solution design and architecture decisions
• Mentoring and supporting developers
• Establishing engineering standards and development practices
• Driving adoption of modern technologies and AI-enabled development approaches
• Working closely with solution architecture and business stakeholders to shape the technology roadmap

About You

We'd love to hear from professionals who have experience with:

• C# and .NET development
• Angular or modern front-end frameworks
• SQL Server and relational database design
• API development and system integration
• Cloud and modern software delivery practices
• Enterprise application development
• Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach are highly valued.
