Fulfilment Executive

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfilment Executive to support our daily warehouse and fulfilment operations. The role involves handling end-to-end order fulfilment processes including picking, packing, shipment preparation, inventory management, and basic e-commerce platform updates to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform timely and accurate order processing, including picking, packing, scanning, and labelling in accordance with established fulfilment procedures.
• Replenish stock on shelves as required and maintain proper inventory organization and storage practices.
• Ensure stock cleanliness, proper item handling, and labelling accuracy at all times.
• Conduct device grading and secure data-wiping tasks in accordance with internal guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to support efficient end-to-end fulfilment workflows.
• Manage basic e-commerce platform tasks, including product updates, pricing updates, and promotion setup.
• Provide backup support for other fulfilment or operational functions to ensure business continuity when required.
• Adhere to all operational procedures, service standards, quality requirements, and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Fulfilment Manager or management when required to support operational needs.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in warehouse, fulfilment, or operations roles.
• Proven competence in picking, packing, inventory handling, and operational workflow execution.
• Exposure to basic e‑commerce platform tasks (e.g., updating product information, pricing, or promotions) is an advantage.
• Proficient in SAP or similar ERP / warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities to support daily fulfilment operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Comfortable performing manual handling tasks in a warehouse or fulfilment environment.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
