We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Officer
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience is required in same field.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance.
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Make sure that the daily operations of the office run smoothly
- Maintain a healthy relationship with students and customers
- Ensure that all inquiries are handled within your capabilities
- Update the internal/external contact lists regularly.
- Greet and assist visitors and screen to prevent interruptions
- Welcome candidates cheerfully and inform staff members
- Announcing the arrival of visitors/clients and scheduling the students accordingly
- Maintains professional and pleasing body language
- Organize amenities as needed
- A skilled communicator
- With excellent interpersonal skills.
- Set up the classrooms for the teachers and students
- Having relevant experience in "Sales" and reaching "sales targets"
- Proposes and contributes to the development of policies and procedures for the improvement of Customer Service.
- Support the development of the existing system for maximum customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
