Burpengary Community Club’s focus is to support the immediate area with a Club facility, along with the ongoing support to the community. The Club, opened in June 2021 and seats 350 plus in our restaurant including outdoor dining, as well as an 80 seat Café, 150 gaming machines, and Sports Bar.

About the Roles ...

We are looking for Front of House Attendants who have a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure the smooth operation of the food and beverage service facilities in our Bars, Restaurant,Café \& Gaming Room.

This role has casual hours, with a weekly roster. Shifts range from early morning starts to very late finishing times. Must be available days, nights, weekends, public holidays and split shifts.

We have plenty of hours on offer for the right candidates.

About you …

As someone who is interested in the hospitality industry, you will love to help others, enjoy a fast paced environment and most of all have a great SMILE!

To be considered for this role, you MUST have a RSA certificate, having an RSG is an advantage.

Essential skills \& competencies:

• Be a strong team member, willing to adapt to change and follow directions
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
• Barista skills an advantage
• Team worker, pleasant vibrant personality
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience (an advantage)
• Current RSA (RSG an advantage)
• Must be eligible to gain a National Police Certificate for employment
