The Opportunity

We are hiring both entry-level and experienced framers/carpenters to join our growing team. Whether you're just starting your career or have years of experience, we're looking for dependable people who are willing to work hard, learn, and contribute to a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with or lead the layout, framing, and installation of walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and building plans (or learn to do so with training).
• Build subdivision homes and high-end custom residences to the highest quality standards.
• Ensure all framing is square, level, plumb, and structurally sound.
• Work alongside project managers, superintendents, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Experienced carpenters will mentor apprentices and help maintain quality standards throughout each project.
• Entry-level employees will receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to become professional framers.

Entry-Level Qualifications

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour + Profit Sharing

• 0-2 years of construction experience or a strong desire to build a career in framing.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding labor throughout the entire workday.
• Able to follow directions and work well with a team.
• Basic familiarity with construction tools is preferred but not required.

Experienced Carpenter Qualifications

Starting Pay: $25.00+/hour + Profit Sharing

• 3+ years of residential framing or carpentry experience (5+ years preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and structural plans.
• Strong knowledge of framing methods, engineered systems, and construction practices.
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Leadership ability and willingness to train others.
• Reliable transportation to projects throughout Southern Oregon.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding construction position. Applicants should expect to:

• Lift and carry 50-60 pounds or more repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
• Safely climb ladders and work at heights.
• Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and overhead work.
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, smoke, dust, and changing weather conditions.
• Maintain a fast, productive pace while consistently producing quality work.
• Report to work every day ready to work hard and contribute to the team.
