Autoleague is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team across Osborne Park Kia \& MG and Melville Hyundai \& Nissan.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-paced and customer-focused automotive group, where you’ll play a key role in supporting fleet operations and delivering an outstanding client experience.
The Role:
- Coordinating the delivery and collection of fleet vehicles from off-site suppliers, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently and on time.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships through professional and exceptional customer service.
- Managing a range of administrative duties including processing documentation, maintaining accurate records, and updating spreadsheets and internal systems with a high level of precision.
- Ensuring all vehicle movements, paperwork, and customer requirements are handled with strong attention to detail to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively contacting clients to schedule vehicle deliveries and collections, ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination.
- Collaborating closely with multiple internal departments including sales, service, and administration teams to improve workflow efficiency and support business objectives.
- Problem-solving on the go to manage scheduling changes, supplier coordination, and client requests in a fast-moving environment.
About you:
We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated, and thrives in a busy environment. Ideally, you will bring:
- Experience in fleet coordination, automotive sales, logistics, or a related industry (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive administration role (highly regarded but not required).
- A valid driver’s licence.
