FIT-OUT SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and contracting projects (Fit-out) and proven leadership in supervising labor teams on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of construction laborers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure that all site activities are carried out according to project plans, schedules, and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress and report updates to project management.
• Maintain discipline, quality control, and productivity among workers.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction and contracting - fit-out is preferred.
• Arabic nationality is must.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings and site plans.

· Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice.
