Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional qualification CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in finance or treasury, working on cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with processes, controls, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to assist with well-defined tasks within a project, manage time, and follow work plans.
  • Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with executive management.

  • Oversee the annual statutory financial statements and tax compliance process, including management of the external audit and tax filings for a portfolio of companies in (EMEA).
  • Partner with cross-functional business leaders to provide accounting support for the development and launch of new products and expansion into new markets. Guide the business to mitigate risk, support decision-making, and help build the financial infrastructure to scale in support of the business.
  • Direct process improvements by leveraging AI, scripts, and automation tools to streamline financial reporting workflows.
  • Perform regular in-depth analysis on the financials, ensuring the integrity and financial accuracy of our books and records, while preparing, analyzing and posting journals at month end.
  • Review reconciliations of key balance sheet account balances including relevant reporting. Ensure the internal control environment.
