Strong technical expertise in the area of Finance, e.g. developing financial statements, budget development and tracking, asset management, financial modeling, value assurance and financial risk management.
Experience in annual business planning, quarterly forecasting, and performance review cycles within a large, complex organization.
Experience in defining and implementing KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor transformation progress and impact.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans with knowledge of organizational change management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations, as well as technical writing capabilities.
Experience in developing training materials and delivering workshops or coaching sessions to business and finance teams."

Requirements
BS'c in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the oil and gas Upstream business.
Preferred certificates: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Certified Assessor.
Preferred skills:
Advanced degrees like an MBA, MS in Finance, or MS in Accounting, which demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in finance and accounting.
