What you’ll do:
Join our Finance Operations team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Genesis' day-to-day financial operations. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you'll help keep our accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, supplier management and cash processes running accurately and efficiently, while delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing accounts payable invoices, payments and expense-related transactions accurately and on time
Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier data across finance systems
Supporting accounts receivable activities, including invoice creation and daily cash receipting
Responding to supplier and stakeholder queries, reconciling issues and ensuring positive working relationships
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll need:
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative team and thrives in a busy operational environment.
You'll bring:
Proven financial administration experience within a corporate environment, ideally 5+ years in a large organisation managing high transaction volumes
Experience with procure-to-pay platforms or enterprise finance systems would be advantageous but the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes is essential
A sound understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and core accounting principles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success and continuous improvement
