Finance Intern – Diakrit

Position: Finance Intern

Duration: 3 months (or more)

Location: Office-based and later hybrid – The 9th Tower

Eligibility

• Thai National university students or recent graduates
• Degree in Accounting or Finance

Role Overview

As a Finance Intern at Diakrit, you will gain hands-on experience in a multinational accounting environment, supporting financial operations across several global regions, including:

• Nordics
• Oceania
• United States
• Thailand

You will work closely with the finance team to support operational tasks, assist in financial processes, and contribute to ongoing finance projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance Projects

• Support the coordination of finance projects with the Group Financial Controller

2. Accounting Support

• Assist with payment processing in NetSuite (ERP system)
• Support invoicing operations
• Assist with Accounts Receivable management

3. Financial Reporting

• Support the month-end closing process
• Assist in the preparation of accounting journals

4. Data Management

Maintain and update master data

• Ensure financial data remains accurate and organized

5. Process Documentation

• Document finance workflows and processes in Confluence

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

Soft Skills

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and integrity

• Well-organized and responsible
• Good English communication skills
