Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finance

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Finance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial improvement.
- Budgeting:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s annual budget.
- Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Work with various departments to ensure budget adherence and manage financial performance.
- Auditing:
- Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
- Review and assess internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and respond to audit queries.
- Reporting:
- Prepare regular financial reports for management review.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
- Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other finance team members and departments to achieve financial goals.
- Provide financial insights and support to assist in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA orCMA, CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
