Field Sales Representative

About the role

This is a field sales role where you will be the face of the company, building relationships with building managers, facilities agents, managing agents, and MCST across Singapore. You will prospect and reach out to condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, retail outlets, schools, and other establishments across Singapore to present and demonstrate CCTV and Face Recognition Door Access System to decision-makers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and reach out to condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, retail outlets, schools, and other establishments across Singapore
• Present and demonstrate all product groups to decision-makers
• Conduct site assessments and prepare tailored proposals
• Manage your own pipeline from cold lead to signed contract
• Follow up diligently with prospects across email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover after deal closure
• Representing company at networking events and property industry meetings

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in any commission-driven field (insurance, interior design, telecommunications, or similar) - Door to Door sales experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and close without being told to
• Comfortable doing site visits and face-to-face presentations
• Strong command of Local Language a plus for broader market coverage
• Ownership mentality — you treat your sales targets as your own business
• Based in Singapore / Malaysia

Pay: $30,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
