Job Description

MTM Group is seeking a professional, vigilant, and customer-focused Female Facility Security Officer to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of members, guests, employees, and company assets within our luxury fitness and wellness facilities.

As the first line of safety, you will maintain a secure environment by monitoring access points, conducting facility patrols, responding to incidents, enforcing company policies, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations

  • Monitor all facility entrances and exits to ensure only authorized members, guests, and employees enter the premises.
  • Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, including female changing rooms and designated women-only areas when required.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious behavior or security concerns.
  • Enforce club policies, safety regulations, and access control procedures.
  • Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
  • Ensure restricted or prohibited items are not brought into the facility.
  • Maintain a highly visible and professional security presence at all times.

Incident \& Emergency Response

  • Respond quickly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
  • Provide first response during medical emergencies until qualified medical personnel arrive.
  • Support emergency evacuation procedures during fire alarms or other emergencies.
  • Coordinate with emergency services and management when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining emergency preparedness and safety awareness throughout the facility.

Reporting \& Documentation

  • Prepare accurate incident reports involving accidents, injuries, property damage, theft, or policy violations.
  • Report hazards, maintenance concerns, and security risks to management promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and investigations.
  • Keep detailed security logs and daily activity reports.

Customer Service \& Team Support

  • Greet members and visitors professionally while maintaining security standards.
  • Assist female members and guests with security-related concerns in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • Work closely with Reception, Operations, Housekeeping, and Management to maintain a safe environment.
  • Provide reception support when required by the Division Manager.
  • Represent MTM Group with professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service.

RequirementsEducation \& Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Security Guard License or Security Certification (preferred).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification is an advantage.
  • Fire Safety or Emergency Response Certification is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in security, safety, hospitality security, or facility protection.
  • Previous experience in fitness clubs, luxury hospitality, wellness centers, hotels, or customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
