Manage and control all project documentation, including drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, material approvals, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain an organized document control system for both electronic and hard copy records.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are properly logged, tracked, distributed, and archived.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals.
Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest approved versions are circulated to project teams.
Prepare document transmittals and maintain accurate document registers.
Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and quality management systems.
Support project teams by providing timely retrieval of project documents and records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of project information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry, preferably in Qatar or the GCC.
Strong understanding of document control procedures and project documentation workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working on construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
