We are looking for a professional, compassionate, and experienced Nursing Assistant to join our dental clinic team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working as a Nursing Assistant in a dental clinic and hold a valid MOH registration/licence as a Nursing Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dentists and dental specialists during consultations and dental procedures.
- Provide efficient chairside assistance during treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, dental instruments, and materials before procedures.
- Prepare and assist patients before, during, and after treatment.
- Assist dentists during general dentistry and specialized dental procedures.
- Assist with dental implant and oral surgery procedures when required.
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Follow strict infection prevention and control procedures.
- Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and prepared condition.
- Ensure the required dental instruments and materials are available.
- Monitor patient comfort and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Check and maintain dental and medical supplies.
- Report shortages or equipment issues to the concerned team.
- Coordinate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, nurses, and reception staff.
- Follow clinic health, safety, infection control, and patient-care procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant in a dental clinic is mandatory.
- Valid MOH registration/licence as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory.
- Previous dental clinic experience is required.
- Experience in dental chairside assistance.
- Good knowledge of dental instruments and materials.
- Experience with dental instrument sterilization and infection control.
- Experience handling and assisting dental patients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental clinic environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude and patient-focused approach.
- Good English communication skills.
- Additional language skills are an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
